# 4.5. How to Block or Report a User

At Milana.Date, your comfort and safety matter! If someone is making you feel uncomfortable, behaving inappropriately, or violating our guidelines, you have the power to **block** or **report** them in just a few clicks. Here’s how:

## 🔒 Blocking a User: Take Control of Your Experience

If you no longer wish to interact with someone, blocking them ensures they **won’t be able to message you or view your profile.**

### How to Block Someone:

1️⃣ **Go to Their Profile** – Click on the user’s profile you want to block.  
2️⃣ **Find the "Block" Option pressing LiveChat** – Look for the 🚫 **Block** button in the right corner).

3️⃣ **Confirm & Relax** – Once you confirm, the user will no longer be able to contact you. **Poof! They’re gone from your dating world.** ✨

💡 **Blocking is completely private!** The other user won’t be notified that you’ve blocked them.

## 🚩 Reporting a User: Keep the Community Safe

If someone is behaving inappropriately, breaking the rules, or making you feel uncomfortable, reporting them helps us **keep Milana.Date a safe and fun space for everyone.**

### How to Report Someone:

1️⃣ **Go to Their Profile** – Visit the profile of the user you want to report.  
2️⃣ **Click "Report"** – Look for the **Report** button (usually symbolized by a 🚩 flag).  
3️⃣ **Choose a Reason** – Select the reason for reporting (harassment, fake profile, inappropriate behavior, etc.).  
4️⃣ **Submit Your Report** – Our moderation team will review the report and take action if necessary.

💡 **All reports are confidential!** The user won’t know who reported them.
